Hmm ... bez obzira na to koji je medijski izvor ovog teksta (koji se ne vidi, koliko ja vidim), ako se i na nasem bosnajici.net publikuje u vijesti "... navodnog genocida ..." :
".... Zvanični Beograd je, po Hartmannovoj, kasnije to iskoristio da spriječi upotrebu zapisnika u procesu pred Međunarodnim sudom pravde po tužbi BiH protiv SRJ zbog navodnog genocida. ..."

is NOT PRIMARILY about (Florence's exposure of) cover up, sabotage, prevention etc of "Karadzic and Mladic" arrests.
It is about ICTY Judicial Chambers' et al "Deal with the Devil of the Century":
Unfathomable perverse deal with the State of Serbia to hide, cover up etc. direct evidence of the State of Serbia's (and Montenegro's) direct involvement and responsibility for Genocide against Bosniaks and Bosnian Croats '92-'95
